Dr. Beatrice Hai is the Naturopathic Doctor of the Hormonal Health Division at Empower Health Boutique. She offers support as a primary care practitioner, for patients seeking optimal hormonal health. Dr. Beatrice utilizes a variety of therapies such as diet and lifestyle counselling, nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, acupuncture and bio-identical hormone therapy.

Dr. Beatrice Hai is passionate about providing holistic and compassionate care for women and their reproductive wellness throughout every stage of life. She helps women get to the bottom of their period problems, addresses hormonal concerns, and supports women through their personal journey in pregnancy, postpartum,
peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.

Dr. Beatrice completed her 4-year naturopathic medical degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Prior to that, she studied at the University of Guelph, where she received her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biomedical Science.
