Heather is a mom to two busy, young boys and a new baby girl, all breastfed with some challenges along the way. She feels that having personal experience as a breastfeeding parent, is invaluable to help other parents, babies, and families. She would love to help you reach your feeding goals.

Heather holds both a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, and became a Registered Nurse in 2011. After spending 7 years as a level 3/4 NICU nurse, she discovered her passion for working with parents and babies, seeing what a difference breastmilk can make for the most vulnerable infants. 

She became an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) after seeing from her hospital experience, that there is not enough prenatal or postpartum support for parents who want to breastfeed.
